Jammy Rock Cakes

This is a very easy introduction to baking that's difficult to make a mess of! These jammy rock cakes are inspired by Ben's Aunty Cath - a proper old-fashioned and traditional British recipe.

  • Press your thumb into the top of each ball and fill the indent with a small amount of jam.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for around 15-17 minutes until browned. Leave to cool, then enjoy!
